Remove the applicator cap, place the product on the glass and lightly squeeze the bottle to soak up the felt part of the applicator. The way the water flows off the windshield showed that there is totally nothing on the glass - no hydrophobic effect at all.Regarding the packaging, the English instructions are printed in tiny writing on a sticker that’s added over the top of the regular packaging and rather hard to read.
