Anna Sui Fairy Dance Secret Wish Eau de Toilette opens with sparkling top notes of tangerine, Mango, Pink Pepper; surprising the senses at every turn. When I see mango listed as a prominent note, I immediately think of sweet sugary scents like the ones from Escada and Bath and Body Works, which I do like, but this mango is not quite like that. I like that it's fruitiness is then replaced by floral scent thanks to the rose and peony middle notes.

I expected it to smell really sweet, but it turns out that even Forbidden Affair is sweeter than this, which is a good thing. I can't pick out individual notes but it is a perfect blend of fruit,floral and woods (not spicy or too sweet).Fragrant fluid is colored in peach-color which makes the bottle look even more glittery and cheerful. I can smell it all day when it is on my clothing, but doesn't last as long on the skin due to how subtle it is.

Some citrus in the beginning from the mandarin orange, then what I assume to be the mango comes to the forefront. The opening is just fruity floral typical teenage scent, pretty uplifting, but sadly the dry down on my skin smells like musky male cologne that heavy on wet- dirty vetiver.I thought it would be young smelling given the demographic of some of Anna Sui's perfumes but actually reminds me of something my granny would enjoy - although that's not necessarily a bad thing. the bottle won't stand up on its own, so it jut rolls around on my vanity, so im keeping it in the cute pink retail box, until I trade or sell it. This has a lovely initial citrus burst, but the long drawn out peony phase is too old school, and the drydown is powdery.
