Henley Bridge’s Ice Cream and Gelato Technician Steve Carrigan has developed the coveted chocolate recipe using Jersey Dairy’s original Vanilla Luxury Softmix combined with a secret blend of Belcolade cocoa mass and deZaan cocoa powder (which are both part of the Henley Bridge stable).
