Whey Protein Concentrate ( Milk), Milk Protein ( Milk), Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Instantising Agent Gently cook on one side until the pancake begins to "fluff" up , then flip over and cook for a further one minute until evenly golden brown on both sides. The Serious protein and mass gainer is great value and tastes great (Strawberry better than the Chocolate imo but both fine). It’s likely not as good/effective as other pricier brands but expected for the cost, and I’m only assuming, I’m no expert.
